- Lead the development, customization, and deployment of ERPNext systems to meet business requirements.
- Demonstrate a thorough grip on ERPNext, ensuring smooth functionality and optimized performance.
- Develop and integrate applications using Python and related technologies, including front-end components.
- Manage and develop C# .Net Applications for Windows environments, REST API integrations, and oAuth.
- Design and implement scalable and robust application architectures for various projects.
- Handle ERPNext system configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of systems.
- Independently resolve issues under tight deadlines and pressure, taking ownership of projects.
- Actively contribute to problem-solving, innovation, and process improvement initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in ERPNext development and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in Python, front-end technologies, and ERPNext framework.
- Extensive hands-on experience in C# .Net Applications, REST API integrations, and oAuth protocols.
- Proven application architecture and system design skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks independently or as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet project deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
