A globally recognised consulting firm is seeking a Senior Associate to support high-impact strategy and transformation initiatives. You will work closely with managers and directors to analyse complex challenges, develop actionable solutions, and help clients unlock operational, financial, and strategic value.

Delivery Leadership
- Analyse operational and financial data to identify efficiency gains, cost optimisation opportunities, and transformation potential.
- Prepare client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and models that guide strategic decisions.
- Conduct benchmarking, market research, and diagnostics to support recommendations.
- Assist in coordinating workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Support cross-functional teams in implementing transformation initiatives.
Team & Talent Leadership
- Mentor junior associates and analysts, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, ensuring client teams understand analytical insights.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, or advisory services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial/operational modelling.
- Experience in technology/digital, energy, mining, oil & gas, industrial goods, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Prior consulting or professional services experience is a must-have.
