Job Location: The Villages, Florida
This position can begin as a part time opportunity up to 30 hours/week, with the opportunity to get up to 40 hours as you build your caseload. This unique opportunity allows you to shape your practice while ensuring work-life balance as you transition into a full-time role.

Responsibilities: You'll Achieve Success By:
- Conducting thorough evaluations for patients with diverse communication, swallowing, and cognitive needs
- Developing individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's goals
- Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Mentoring students and clinical fellows (for experienced SLPs)
- Contributing to practice growth through excellent patient outcomes and community connections
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility
- CCC-SLP certification or CFY status (Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome!)
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm for building relationships in the community
