Toongabbie Christian College is a Kindergarten to Year 12 co-educational College in the western suburbs of Sydney. The College is a ministry of Toongabbie Baptist Church. Our purpose is to provide a Christ-centred education for life and eternity.

Toongabbie Christian College seeks to appoint a Specialist Learning Support Teacher Secondary who will:

• Maintain a commitment to a faithful walk with the Lord Jesus Christ
• Demonstrate ongoing commitment to the College's Purpose and Purpose statements
• Commit to a growing understanding of the place of education, teaching and learning from a Biblical Worldview
• Set an example to students, staff and parents/carers in matters of faith and conduct

• This is a permanent full-time role commencing Thursday, 15 January 2026
• Employment is in accordance with the current NSW Christian Schools Teaching Staff MEA

• Demonstrated knowledge of the NSW syllabus, with particular focus on Life Skills outcomes and content
• Experience working with students participating in Life Skills courses
• Understanding of the learning and support needs of students with diverse needs
• Commitment to inclusive education, differentiated practice and student wellbeing
• Strong communication, collaboration and case management skills
• Qualifications in Special or Inclusive Education are highly favourable but not essential
