Specialist-IT Security (UAE National)

Eligibility: UAE Nationals only (Mandatory)

• Implement and enforce information security policies, protocols, and procedures
• Manage security infrastructure including firewalls, IDS/IPS, anti-virus solutions, SIEM, and newly deployed security tools
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security threats
• Respond to technology-related security incidents and breaches, ensuring timely resolution
• Support forensic investigations to identify root causes of security incidents
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS
• Prepare, maintain, and audit security and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with IT and Information Security teams to embed security into system design and implementation
• Manage IT security projects end-to-end, ensuring adherence to timelines and business requirements
• Work closely with external vendors and partners to enhance the organization's security posture

• Strong proficiency in security technologies and tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint security)
• Solid understanding of network security and operating system security
• Knowledge of encryption, authentication, and access control technologies
• Hands on experience with incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance audits
• Experience in banking or financial services environment is highly preferred
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
