Job Description

Join our team as a VES Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in resolving registered owner of vehicle (ROV) lookup issues and managing customer information updates. This full-time position is located onsite in Boca Raton.

What You'll Do

• Exercise independent judgment utilizing pre-defined guidelines

• Address, respond to, and resolve ROV lookup issues using the Unicenter Service Desk application

• Perform ROV queries using the TLO skip tracing application

• Evaluate the history of a license plate to determine necessary Vector updates to customer information

• Review and audit daily reports received from CCSS with incomplete customer demographics

• Interact with various departments and personnel, including Quality Assurance, Correspondence, Call Center staff, and SunPass Operations Management

• Assist interoperability partners with account creation and registrant lookups

• Create and update various reports as requested by Supervisor/Management

• Enter and update Vector with complete and accurate notes and vehicle information based on pre-established guidelines

• Perform all job functions in compliance with established performance measures

• Undertake other duties or special projects as required

What You'll Need

• Minimum 3 months of experience as an Image Verifier, Customer Care Specialist, or Correspondence Analyst

• Familiarity with Unicenter Service Desk and TLO skip tracing applications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Physical Demands:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

The pay rate for this position is $16.92 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
