About the Job:
The Director, Patient Registration leads the operational and strategic management of patient access functions across Southern New Hampshire Healths hospital and outpatient locations. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Cycle Services, this hybrid position ensures exceptional front-end revenue cycle performance, patient experience, and regulatory compliance. The director collaborates across departmentsincluding clinical teams, IT, and financeto drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in patient registration services.
What Youll Do:
Provide leadership and daily oversight for hospital and outpatient registration teams
Collaborate with Access Center and clinical leaders to optimize scheduling and patient flow
Oversee point-of-service collections, insurance eligibility, and check-in procedures
Ensure accurate, complete, and timely registration to support efficient billing
Manage performance metrics, audit registration quality, and ensure compliance
Develop and lead initiatives to improve processes, technologies, and staff training
Utilize Epic to support reporting, best practices, and revenue integrity
Lead multidisciplinary projects with clear scope, deliverables, and results
Who You Are / Requirements:
A seasoned leader with 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
Bachelors degree in healthcare/business/finance required; Masters preferred
EPIC and CHAM certifications preferred
Highly collaborative and analytical, with a focus on performance improvement
Effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
