We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality food and smooth kitchen operations. You'll lead by example, help train the team, and ensure consistent standards in food preparation, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef with menu creation and daily operations
• Lead and develop the kitchen team
• Maintain food quality, safety, and hygiene standards
• Manage stock and assist with cost control
• Take charge in the Head Chef's absence
• Adapt to dietary needs and client requests

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in high-end catering or a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Organised, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Passionate about food and service
