Their culinary offering spans European classics, Asian-inspired dishes, and casual bar/café dining. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. In this role, you will manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that food preparation and presentation meet our high standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and manage a designated kitchen section.
• Prepare and cook high-quality european dishes to recipe and standard.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your section.
• Collaborate with senior chefs to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Assist with inventory control and stock rotation.

The successful candidate will have:

• Formal culinary qualification (highly desirable).
• Experience making European high quality dishes.
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
