HammondCare is an independent Christian charity specialising in dementia care, palliative care, and rehabilitation, specialist mental health for older people and other health and aged services.

We have 3 older residents in the Bayside area that are feeling isolated and would really appreciate a social visitor, a chat or stroll.
If you could spare an hour a week to visit one of the clients locally, the visits are sure to bring you and the client much connection and happiness.
Locations: Sans Souci, Hurstville , Rosebery, Brighton leSands , Kensington , Kogarah, Dolls Point.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer VisitorScheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote linksbetween elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
