The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, production experience, and a strong understanding of the fashion industry, particularly within the modest wear sector.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the brand's target audience.
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across all relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Collaborate with the founder and creative team to produce engaging visual and written content.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
• Manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand image.
• Support PR campaigns, including drafting press releases, coordinating with media outlets, and managing influencer partnerships.
• Track and report on key performance metrics to inform ongoing strategy.

• Proven experience in social media management and public relations, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle sector.
• Strong content creation skills, including basic production experience (photography, video, editing).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity: part-time on-site in Dubai and part-time remote.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and current digital trends.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be based in Dubai or able to work on-site as required; not open to applicants seeking only travel-based arrangements.
