As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that showcases our culinary offerings and the unique atmosphere of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:- Content Creation: Develop visually appealing photos, videos, and graphics that highlight our dishes, events, and restaurant ambiance for social media platforms.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Engagement: Interact with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community engagement and customer loyalty.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create a monthly content calendar that aligns with restaurant promotions and seasonal offerings.
- Analytics Monitoring: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategies and improve engagement.
- Trends Research: Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with Daikan's brand voice and values while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proven experience as a social media content creator, digital marketer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually engaging content.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for food, dining experiences, and social media trends.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for special events or promotions.
