Calling all sports and racing enthusiasts! Come and visit our Elderly client living in Forresters Beach for a cuppa and a chat.

We're looking for a volunteer to spend time with a great guy who is missing his mates and could use a friendly face. He would love someone to chat with, share a few laughs, maybe go out for a coffee now and then. He enjoys watching TV, watching sports and horse racing in particular and would like to meet someone with similar interests.

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help older people feel less isolated. Your visits will bring great joy to the client you are matched with.

We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for an one hour visit between 9am and 4pm Monday to Sunday, visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.
