Our client generally have sites that range from 50 to 100 units. They predominately build using a traditional build, block and brick, or RC Frame method. The completed sites are throughout Surrey and Sussex.
As the company has grown they are now looking for appoint a Customer Care technician. The successful applicant will liaise with purchasers and visit properties to assess what work needs to be carried out. They will then either carry out the work themselves or appoint a contractor if they are unable to carry out the work. They will ensure the handover to the buyer and any remedial work is carried out smoothly and to the required standard.
The successful candidate will be 'hands on' and be a multi-trader or handyman with good customer service skills, good IT skills and good organisational skills.
