Site Superintendent - ALEC Data Centre Solutions. You will lead on-site construction activities, enforce compliance with project specifications and authority guidelines, and ensure timely delivery of works through effective planning, coordination, and supervision.

Report to the Project Manager and collaborate with site engineers, planners, HSE, and commercial teams to ensure construction progress aligns with quality, safety, and program targets.

• Manage daily on-site construction works from mobilization to handover
• Ensure compliance with specifications, consultant directives, and authority regulations
• Supervise labor productivity, issue construction updates, and maintain documentation
• Coordinate material submittals, delivery schedules, and drawing distribution
• Enforce QA/QC and HSE protocols and lead inspection readiness
• Track progress, delays, and efficiency, and report weekly to management

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a site management or supervisory role
• Proven ability to read construction drawings and lead site execution
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with site platforms like Aconex or Procore is a plus
• Final selection at senior management discretion
