I am currently recruiting on behalf of an industry leading main contractor who is looking to hire a timber frame experienced site manager.
The successful site manager candidate will be someone who has worked on timber frame residential projects for large developers, so that they can use this knowledge to complete the timber frame housing section of the site.
Managing 150 units, the successful candidate will be available to start within a month, and someone who is capable of dealing with a logistically challenging site.
Qualifications/Experience necessary:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First aid
- University degree
- MUST HAVE Timber Frame Developer Experience
