About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager based in the Northern Beaches to oversee residential construction projects, from high-end bespoke homes to multiple volume-style sites simultaneously. The role requires strong leadership, organisation, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple residential construction sites simultaneously, including high-end custom homes.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with building regulations.
- Coordinate and lead subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery.
- Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, progress reports, and communicate with clients, design, and management teams.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction, including high-end custom homes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites/projects at once.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
- Qualifications in Building, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
