A vacancy has arisen for a Site Manager at our Blisworth Surgery. We are one of six sites located at Danes Camp, Rillwood, Grange Park, Hanslope and Roade.
The post is primarily for 37.5 hours but we are negotiable on hours.
Main duties of the jobTo support the Executive Manager in all aspects of practice functionality, motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency and overall performance, ensuring the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment.
To manage and coordinate all aspects of practice functionality, motivating and managing staff, patient services, premises and health and safety management.
Through innovative ways of working, support the Executive Manager leading the team in promoting ED&I, SHEF, quality and continuous improvement, confidentiality, collaborative working, service delivery, learning and development and ensuring the practice complies with CQC regulations
About usWe are a team of 6 Site Managers who report to the Executive Manager, we have approximate 38k patients.
We will provide a full induction programme and management will support youththroughout the process.
Learning and development
Theeffective use of training and development is fundamental in ensuring that allstaff are equipped with the appropriate skills, knowledge, attitude andcompetences to perform their role. All staff will be required to partake in,and complete mandatory training as directed.It is an expectation for this post holder to assess their own learningneeds and undertake learning as appropriate
Thepost holder will undertake mentorship for team members and disseminate learningand information gained to other team members to share good practice and informothers about current and future developments (e.g., courses and conferences).
Thepost holder will provide an educational role to patients, carers, families andcolleagues in an environment that facilitates learning.

Data should be reviewed and processed using accurateSNOMED CT codes to ensure easy and accurate information retrieval formonitoring and audit processes
Person Specification Qualifications- Educated to a high standard
- Good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills
