Our client has built works a strong reputation for excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Due to further project awards they are expanding their Perth team and seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing business.
About the RoleAs a Site Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a range projects, overseeing all commercial and financial aspects of various projects. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage key stakeholders, and ensure successful project outcomes across scope, cost, and schedule.
This is a strategic, high-impact role suited to an experienced construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver complex construction projects from inception to completion.
- Lead delivery phases, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting frameworks.
- Manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including clients, consultants & sub-contractors.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to project teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in site management.
- Proven success delivering a range of commercial projects.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of governance, procurement, and project controls.
