We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site-Based Foreman for a major Oil & Gas EPC project.
Your RoleAs a Foreman you will:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of works.
- Lead and manage construction crews, subcontractors, and site logistics.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
- Monitor progress and report to the Site Manager and Project Engineers.
- Resolve site issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Must have at least a Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a foreman in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Relevant certifications in safety and construction management are a plus.
