Site Architect

ATI, a multidisciplinary architectural and engineering team headquartered in Dubai, is seeking a full time Site Architect to join its projects in Dubai.

As a Site Architect you will be responsible for architectural and interior design construction administration and quality control of mid scale to large and challenging projects. You must be well organized, experienced, and possess excellent communication, technical, and leadership skills.

• Lead and coordinate site activities through all stages of construction, including developing and resolving architectural and interior details, quality control, and progress monitoring and assist in proactive management of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, and clients.
• Oversee the development and implementation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of procedures, standards, and policies.
• Review all architectural related contractor submissions.
• Respond to RFIs and conduct site inspections.
• Ensure project compliance with client and statutory requirements.
• Manage high level tasks and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (post graduate preferred).
• 8+ years' experience within a high profile design consultancy, designing and delivering complex projects across medium to large scale typologies, preferably high rise mixed use, residential, commercial, hotels, and education buildings.
• 3+ years of relevant consultancy experience in the UAE.
• Accreditation from a recognized international body (AIA / RIBA) preferred.
• LEED AP or USGBC Guiding Principles certification preferred.Advanced knowledge of Autodesk software suite including Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 & AutoCAD.
• Sound knowledge of authority requirements, codes, and best practices.
• Up to date knowledge of UAE regulations, materials, suppliers and construction practices.
• Excellent construction problem solving and design capabilities.
• Familiarity with CSI specification format and standard submission and inspection procedures.
• Strong time management skills and a drive to streamline processes and increase quality and efficiency.
• Ability to manage and coordinate team members, various disciplines, authorities and stakeholders.
