We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator, located in Geraldton to join our energy client on a new power plant construction project for an initial 7-month contract with the possibility of extension. This is a hands on role supporting site operations and administration in a dynamic environment. This role will be drive in drive out Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day site administration
- Coordinate travel, flights, and accommodation for project personnel
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
- Manage document control and procurement processes
- Raise purchase orders
- Adhoc administration
- Accommodation and meals provided
- Monday to Friday roster (arrive Monday, depart Friday)
- Competitive salary
- Previous experience in administration/ coordination
- Strong skills in Excel and Pronto
- Ability to work autonomously in an ad hoc, fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
