C-Suite & Hard to Fill Roles Specialist Kaizen-Driven Executive Search Across UAE Government, Aerospace, Pharma & More GCC, MENA & APAC Region- Mandatory details/Skills - Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience and Shipping software knowledge.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Organize and arrange stock in designated storage areas.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and rotation of goods (FIFO method).
- Update inventory management system with receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
- Keep warehouse and store areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with store displays and product replenishment as needed.
- Support customer orders by picking, packing, and preparing items for collection or delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, trolleys, and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
- Prepare delivery notes, packing slips, and shipping labels.
- Document any discrepancies or damages and report to supervisor.
- Assist with monthly inventory reports and stocktaking activities.
- Prepare outgoing shipments including packing, labeling, and documentation.
- Coordinate with courier services and logistics providers for pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and update delivery status in the system.
- Handle returns and damaged goods according to company procedures.
