The Opportunity:
As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you will drive growth by engaging with small to mid-size companies across the ANZ region. Your main responsibilities include conducting outbound activities (calls, emails), qualifying leads, booking demos for our Business Development team, and closing sales independently. You will also collaborate with our Marketing team on outbound campaigns to support expansion efforts.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound activities to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Demo Booking: Schedule and coordinate product demos with the Account Executive team.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work with Marketing on outbound campaigns to increase market presence.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, leveraging new and existing connections.
Requirements:
- Proactive Professionals: Initiative takers driven to achieve goals.
- Outbound Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar Outbound Business Development role.
- SaaS Knowledge: Experience in SaaS or B2B product-led companies.
- Strategic Thinkers: Ability to build and maintain an accurate lead pipeline.
- Time Management: Excellent skills with attention to detail.
- Goal-Oriented: Committed to exceeding targets regularly.
- Team Player: Able to work independently and collaboratively.
