- Greet customers, understand their vehicle service/repair needs, and provide accurate cost/time estimates.
- Liaise between customers and technicians, ensuring smooth workflow in the workshop.
- Upsell additional services/parts while maintaining transparency and trust.
- Maintain detailed records of services, inspections, and customer interactions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution.
- Monitor job progress and keep customers updated on vehicle status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an auto garage/dealership.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (English mandatory; Arabic a plus).
- Proficiency in auto service software (e.g., RO systems, DMS).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
