Autorun OJC is the exclusive distributor of OMODA and JAECOO in Dubai - representing next-generation automotive innovation and design. Our dealership is expanding its Aftersales operations to deliver a premium customer experience aligned with our global brand standards.

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. The role requires a customer-focused professional who can handle service bookings, communicate effectively with customers, and coordinate repair orders through our digital DMS and CRM systems.

• Welcome customers and accurately record service requests in the CRM system.
• Explain required repair and maintenance work in clear, non-technical language.
• Prepare and manage repair orders (ROs) with correct labor and warranty coding.
• Coordinate with workshop and parts teams to ensure timely job completion.
• Keep customers informed about job progress, cost estimates, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
• Support the Service Manager in achieving Aftersales KPIs (CSI, productivity, and revenue).

Must Have:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Advisor in an authorized automotive dealership.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, service workflow, and warranty procedures.
• Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Currently based in the UAE with valid work eligibility.
• Experience with Chinese or premium automotive brands.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language as a mother tongue is a MUST.
