Job Description

A Social Visits Volunteer who can make a meaningful difference - One visit at a time!

We are seeking a kind, Serbian or Hungarian -speaking volunteer to visit a lovely elderly lady in her own home on a fortnightly basis. She would truly enjoy sharing conversations about Serbian culture, food, traditional recipes, religious events, and customs. Your friendly visits would provide meaningful connection, brighten her day, and help her stay connected to the culture she loves. If you speak Serbian and enjoy heartfelt conversations, this is a wonderful way to make a difference.

Requirements

18 years or older • National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare •

We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for a one hour visit between 9am and 4pm Monday to Sunday, visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.
