We are seeking a highly experienced Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to manage and collaborate with teams and oversee global lifecycle marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of product and campaign operations, including AB testing, funnel analysis, and lifecycle strategies. The successful candidate will provide campaign ideas and guidance to team members.
Responsibilities- Activation and Conversion: Lead the optimization of the new user onboarding process by implementing product iterations, personalized marketing campaigns tailored to individual users, and targeted engagement strategies to improve new user activation and first-time transaction (FTT) conversion rates.
- Retention and Repeat Purchase: Build a comprehensive user lifecycle management system and segmentation framework, and enhance engagement and repeat purchase frequency through membership programs, point systems, gamification, and cross-selling strategies.
- Design and optimize user referral and viral growth mechanisms to drive product organic growth.
- Lead A/B testing and user segmentation strategies to refine operations and optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure smooth execution of lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Utilize strong analytical thinking and data analysis to uncover insights, identify problems, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Stay informed on each Business Unit's products, features, user preferences, and pain points.
- Proven track record of growing users from zero to one or one to a thousand, with leadership of retention, conversion, and repeat-purchase initiatives achieving significant results.
- 5+ years in the internet industry, including more than 3 years in senior user growth roles within transaction-based sectors (e-commerce or fintech).
- Experience leading growth projects, operations, or campaigns with a systematic framework and methodology.
- In-depth understanding of AB testing, funnel analysis, and custom growth strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms/tools.
- Strong data-driven thinking; ability to establish and improve data monitoring/analysis systems for user operations and identify issues through data.
- Familiarity working with multiple Business Unit products and the ability to understand user preferences and pain points.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
