Senior UI/UX Designer (6-8 Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer with 6-8 years of industry experience to lead and enhance the user experience across our digital products. You will play a key role in designing intuitive, engaging, and scalable interfaces for web and mobile platforms, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers.

• Lead the design of high-quality UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
• Translate business and user needs into functional, visually appealing design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure flawless implementation of designs.
• Maintain and evolve the company's design system and component libraries.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to UX strategies and product decisions through design thinking methodologies.

• 6-8 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, user-centered design principles, and design systems.
• Experience with tools like InVision, Zeplin, or similar prototyping and hand-off tools.
• Solid grasp of HTML/CSS basics (not mandatory but a plus).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills, processes, and delivered projects.

• Experience working with B2B or SaaS products.
• Motion design and micro-interaction experience.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA).
• Exposure to design for multilingual and RTL interfaces.
