We are currently seeking a qualified Audit Manager to join our team for the FY25 Hiring Session. The selected candidate will assume responsibilities starting from October 1st, 2024, with interviews scheduled to begin in June 2024.

OVERALL OBJECTIVE AND RESPONSIBILITIESJob purpose: The audit supervisor must exhibit high standards of professional and social ethics and must accept full responsibility as the in-charge for audit engagements of varying size and complexity, including planning, coordinating the phases of fieldwork, and reviewing the work of less experienced team members.
Major duties and responsibilities:- Execute the day-to-day activities of audit engagements and support the execution of high-quality audits.
- Identify and communicate potential issues and opportunities for audit efficiencies and process improvements to Managers and Partners.
- Coordinate daily audit activities and client interactions, ensuring efficient information flow from the client to the audit team.
- Support the design and execution of audit approaches and procedures in accordance with relevant standards and firm guidance.
- Demonstrate current knowledge of developments in accounting literature, including industry-specific updates.
- Supervise audit associates and interns, providing coaching, feedback, and reviewing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with the firm's training requirements.
Education requirements:
- BSc in accounting or equivalent
- Accounting qualification or equivalent (ACCA, CPA)
- Thorough knowledge of IFRS & ISA
Work experience requirements:
- 5 to 6 years' experience, with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
- Experience with clients in real estate, construction, oil & gas sectors
- Hands-on experience with advanced audit methodologies
- Strong analytical skills
- Customer focus
- Mentoring abilities for new team members
English: Fluent in speaking, reading, writing, listening
Arabic: Fluent in speaking, reading, writing, listening
Interpersonal Skills:- Proactive and independent with initiative
- Research skills to identify, document, and share knowledge
