We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

• Oversee and review the data presented from the monitoring of day-to-day activities of the Treasury Back office related to Equity trade settlement operations, implement and manage settlement systems and automation tools. Ensure timely settlements of all trades including corporate actions and lifecycle events.
• Coordinate with exchanges, clearing corporations, custodians, and depositories.
• Perform daily reconciliation of settlement accounts.
• Review and assess the report on the overall Treasury Back-office functions related to Equity and equity derivatives operations in order to provide management and finance reporting in line with the required standards.
• Monitor operational risk issues by implementing controls around the process, within the Bank's risk and incident management framework in order to mitigate risks in treasury operations and take actions accordingly.
• Liaise with internal departments and auditors as instructed on matters of Treasury Back-office Equity and equity derivatives operations to ensure all related functions are executed accurately and within the required timeframes.

• At least 5 years of experience in Treasury Operations Equity and equity derivatives functions
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or relevant specialization.
• Professional Certifications in Finance/Accounting/Treasury Operations
• Strong knowledge of Equity settlements across different markets
• Equity and equity derivatives product knowledge
• Equity and equity derivatives treasury workflow knowledge
• Equity derivatives confirmation categories and ISDA standards knowledge
• Knowledge on exchanges, clearing houses, custodians, and depositories.
• Treasury systems knowledge
• Payments systems and messages categories knowledge
