Role - Senior Sales Manager (Emirati Talent)

Location - Dubai

Salary - AED 42,000 plus Benefits

Collaborate with the executive team to formulate business development strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform business development initiatives.
Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the company's reach and enhance its offerings.
Drive lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns, networking, and other relevant channels.
Manage and inspire a high performing business development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Oversee the sales pipeline, track progress, and implement strategies to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Lead negotiations for major deals, contracts, and partnerships to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on business development metrics to the executive team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Work Experience: 8 to 10 years' experience in Sales, Customer Relations and Service, Business Development.
Experience in managing large teams.
