We are the leading provider of Retail IT / Point of Sale (POS) solutions. With a track record of delivering innovative and reliable POS systems, we're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong IT and technical background to lead our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of experienced sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies specifically for POS and SCO solutions, aligning them with the company's goals and vision.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, manage CRM systems, and analyse sales data to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.
- IT / Technical Knowledge: Requires deep understanding of IT Hardware Software POS solutions to effectively communicate with customers addressing their technical inquiries and concerns.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their technical needs, challenges, and objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts with a focus on achieving win win agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record in sales within the POS industry, with a minimum of 10 years in a sales management role.
- Strong technical background with in depth knowledge of POS solutions, including hardware and software.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem solving abilities and adaptability in the fast paced POS technology sector.
- A demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
