As a Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst, you play an integral role in Delta Dental's current operations, our strategic growth initiatives, and the financial health of the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data related to our revenue, claims payments, provider reimbursement strategies and product strategies. You will receive a lot of exposure and opportunities to influence the long-term direction of the company and our growth initiatives. The insurance industry is changing, and we are looking for a team member with experience in dynamic, product-focused environments, that can help us transform our organization.

Provide unique and independent analysis on key product, client, and revenue trends.
Develop and update revenue forecast and analyze variances.
Develop and update monthly financial performance trends.
Ability to professionally converse with others with different technical backgrounds to gain information, perspective, and cooperation.
Support ad-hoc analysis requests from business operations and senior management.
Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business, business analytics, or economics.
Five years of experience in project or program management, strategic planning, or business implementation.
Excellent time management, software, and organizational skills.
Ability to consistently meet all deadlines and manage multiple tasks and projects, and changes in prioritization.
Clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Able to responsibly work in the office and remotely.
