Responsibilities
  • New Client Acquisition - Lead the acquisition of new clients, reviewing the prepared financial analysis and credit applications to ensure adherence to the onboarding process.
  • Portfolio Management - Seek and source new solutions for existing clients, overseeing the enrolment of clients for alternate channels to offer value-added services that increase transaction volumes and grow the portfolio with best-in-class product offerings.
  • Relationship Management - Review client dossiers to capture current and future needs; identify and respond to customers' requirements and ensure complaints are resolved within agreed turnaround times to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Risk Management - Conduct client visits, understand and report on risk profile and highlight/update approving authorities with any changes to enable necessary action.
  • Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures - Adhere to relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, SOPs and instructions to deliver the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
  • Self-Management - Manage self in line with the Bank's people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to maximise contribution to business performance.
  • Customer Service - Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank's required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in managing relationships and a portfolio of clients.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
  • Knowledge of balance sheet analysis and key financial ratios.
