We're looking for a skilled Senior or Lead Consultant to join our vibrant team in Abu Dhabi. This is a unique opportunity to shape our recruitment and business development strategy while making a meaningful impact with existing and new accounts in contracts recruitment.
You'll be a great fit if:
- You understand how to connect with top talent across the region to discuss our live roles and help clients find the right candidates who complement their operations perfectly.
- You want to act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth joining process.
- You can work collaboratively with clients to fully understand their needs.
- You enjoy deploying creative sourcing methods and have a strong presence on social media to educate about NESF's opportunities and initiatives.

To be considered you need:
- 5 years' experience of 360 recruitment in an agency environment in contracts recruitment.
- The ability to work independently, problem solve and be creative.
- Great communication skills both written and verbal.
