Job Overview:
Prime Bullions Properties is looking for experienced Senior Real Estate Consultants to join our expanding team. As part of our high-performing sales team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, assisting clients with property investments, and driving successful real estate transactions in the dynamic Business Bay area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and consult clients on property investment opportunities in Dubai.
- Provide clients with in-depth market insights and options that match their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and facilitate transactions.
- Stay updated with market trends and property developments in Business Bay and surrounding areas.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy.
- Strong network within the Dubai property market.
- Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
