Senior Quality AdvisorJoin Goodstart's Quality team and help shape safe, compliant, and high quality learning environments for children. As a Senior Quality Advisor, you'll provide trusted guidance, lead compliance meetings, respond to regulatory requests, and empower centre teams to embed best practice every day.
Your ImpactIn this role, your expertise will guide our network in meeting and exceeding compliance expectations under the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations. You'll lead Compliance Commitment Strategy (CCS) meetings, respond to Requests for Information (RFI), and provide clear, practical advice to help centres remediate non compliance. Your work will strengthen organisational understanding of legislative requirements, build capability, and reinforce Goodstart's reputation as a trusted, high quality early learning provider.

- A qualification in Early Childhood Education.
- Strong understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations and related early childhood legislation.
- Proven experience within the early learning or childcare sector, ideally in a compliance, quality, or advisory capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret legislation and translate it into practical guidance for teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across internal teams and regulatory bodies.
- Experience facilitating Compliance Commitment Strategy (CCS) meetings or responding to Requests for Information (RFI) will be highly regarded.
- Confidence in developing and delivering training and capability building initiatives.
- A current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain one).
