An incredible opportunity to join one of the North Shore's most respected real estate teams. Manage a beautifully maintained 200-property portfolio with full support and flexibility - no leasing, no business development, and no weekend work.
This role is ideal for a confident, experienced Property Manager who thrives in a professional environment and takes pride in delivering six-star service.

You'll oversee a tidy, well-managed portfolio of 200 residential properties, focusing on exceptional client care, maintenance coordination, and smooth daily operations. With strong internal processes and admin support in place, you'll be empowered to manage your portfolio efficiently and professionally.
What You'll Need- Previous experience as a Property Manager
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship skills
- Proficiency in Property Me is highly desirable
- A professional, proactive, and team-focused approach
