Our client is a top performing, multiple office network dedicated to delivering their coastline clientele a real estate service of unrivalled quality. Operating in the hub of the Eastern Suburbs, amongst a number of busy cafés and hot spots for over 25 years, this is an office built on a trusted reputation and outstanding records. Currently seeking the newest addition to their Property Management team, this role will suit an ambitious individual looking to step up their career.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Property Manager, you will be the driving force that delivers a refreshing and unique approach to achieve the best possible results. Your day to day duties will include but not limited to:
- Manage a high end portfolio of 140 properties
- Effectively liaise with landlords and tenants
- Rental arrears management
- Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Working towards KPI's
- NO accounts, NO leasing and NO weekends
- Previous Property Management experience
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Own car and Drivers license
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Great presentational skills
- Be a motivated self-starter
- Work well in a team environment
- Monday - Friday opportunity
