We are looking for an exceptional Senior Property Manager to contribute to the growth, expansion, and continued success of a well organised Property Management department. The Role:

Supported by a Junior Property Manager to assist with leasing, open inspections, applications, and references, this position allows you to focus on managing a well maintained portfolio of 190 properties. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Consistently deliver top tier services to both owners and tenants
  • Coordinating ingoing and outgoing inspections as required
  • Addressing escalated repair issues
  • Managing rent increases
  • Resolve escalated complaints
  • No leasing, no weekend work, and no accounts, with a neat and organized portfolio to manage!
The Candidate:
  • Previous experience in Property Management
  • A current Real Estate License, along with a reliable car and valid driver's license
  • Familiarity with end to end aspects of Property Management, including tribunal processes
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A collaborative team player, ready to provide support when needed
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
