Senior Property Manager

We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio and work directly with a supportive, forward-thinking Director who values independence, respect, and results.

• A well-maintained, stable portfolio (approx. 150 properties)

• End-to-end management of your portfolio with VA and admin support
• Build strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and routine reports (field agent support provided)
• Prepare entry and exit condition reports and manage QCAT documentation
• Collaborate with a professional, down-to earth team that has your back

• Current QLD Real Estate License
• 2+ years of experience in Property Management
• A "no-nonsense", detail oriented attitude - nothing gets past you
• Excellent communication, organisation, and follow through skills
• A reliable car and valid driver's license
