- Experience: 2+ years in Dubai real estate with a strong track record of performance
- Leadership Potential: Ambition to take on greater responsibility and lead a team
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus
- Sales Drive: Demonstrated success in deal-closing and client satisfaction
