We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will offer expert advice and guidance to clients on property investment opportunities, market trends, and property management strategies, enabling them to make informed decisions about buying, selling, or leasing properties.
Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance on property investment opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to assess trends and risks.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare detailed property reports and investment projections for clients.
- Negotiate terms and agreements between buyers and sellers.
- Stay updated on local real estate regulations and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with real estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Participate in networking events to expand professional connections.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Advise clients on property value, investment potential, and market forecasts.
- Use client feedback to refine strategies and improve service.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience as a Property Consultant.
- Proven track record of successful transactions and client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the local property market and investment strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in real estate management software and digital marketing tools.
