Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Advisor to join our dynamic Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will work with high-net-worth individuals and investors, helping them find and secure the best opportunities in the UAE and beyond. Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance to clients on property investments, sales, and rentals.
- Manage a portfolio of premium listings and build long-term client relationships.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals.
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai or internationally.
- It will be an advantage if you bring a ready-made team of 5 people.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment.
- Proven track record of successful high-value deals.
- Fluent in English; Russian or other languages are a plus.
- RERA certification is preferred.
