Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager for one of our partners, a leader in the Retail Motor Vehicles field.
Responsibilities- Lead the full product lifecycle - from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Translate the company's strategic vision into actionable product roadmaps.
- Partner with engineering, design, operations, and marketing to deliver scalable, customer centric products.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to define KPIs and measure success.
- Drive innovation in car financing and fintech integrations.
- Prioritize features and manage trade offs across competing needs and deadlines.
- Mentor associate product managers and contribute to product culture and frameworks.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management - ideally in startups, fintech, or marketplace platforms.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer facing digital products.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Data driven decision maker with a hands on approach.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for building technology that transforms traditional industries.
