Reporting to the Head of People Partnering- Private Hospitals, you will provide consistent advice and support to managers and employees regarding all people related matters.Your role will offer guidance on case management of matters regarding workforce procedures such as grievances, misconduct and performance improvement and assist your key stakeholders in change management initiatives. With a high degree of attention to detail, you will interpret and advise on policy directives, Enterprise Agreements and relevant legalisation. Key responsibilities of the role: Provide professional human resource services that is consistent with St Vincent's people and culture strategy. Partner with the business on key projects and initiatives particularly in relation to organizational change Drive a people and performance-focused culture by providing accurate, relevant advice and guidance in all aspects of P&C including IR/ER, OD, Attraction and Retention Act as expert advisor to the business in the application of P&C/HR policies and procedures in compliance with awards, agreements, and relevant legislation Advise and assist with employee relations matters including supporting managers with performance and conduct matters, management of grievances and complaints, and undertaking investigations. This may include developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships with unions and representation on behalf of SVHA before the FWC Engage and broker services from the broader P&C team to ensure the most efficient and accurate employee experience. Ensure compliance with P&C/HR policies.
