A leading multi-strategy fund is actively expanding its commodities business and is keen to connect with up and coming oil traders to help lead portfolios and drive growth. With a robust analytics and data infrastructure in place, the platform enables traders to focus purely on trading, while offering the flexibility to contribute to analytics if desired.
Requirements- Minimum of 3+ years trading experience.
- Demonstrated track record of generating at least $10+ in annual PnL.
- Strong, risk-adjusted performance with transparency on drawdowns and VAR.
- Ability to set and manage VAR, drawdown thresholds, and position limits.
- Team leadership experience is an advantage, though not essential.
- Competitive compensation package
- Able to pay out any deferred earnings.
- Flexibility on location.
- This is a full-time opportunity; contract or purely remote candidates will not be considered.
