Senior Officer - Research and Development

• Organizes department events as per management instructions and in coordination with concerned departments.
• Follows-up the daily incoming and outgoing mail receipts to the section and ensures they are closed within the specified time.
• Prepares and maintains the department page on the RTA's Intranet portal, minutes of meetings, reports files and follows-up the assigned tasks as per the management's instructions.
• Follows up on the assigned manager's projects and coordinates with concerned sections to ensure task completion as per the approved plans and submitting reports on the progress of the implementation.
• Contributions in preparing MoU between RTA and Academic communities and research center.
• Arranges TRIP facility from booking to securing the needful requirements from different departments.
• Contributions in preparing process and creating process map in coordination with different departments.
• Contributions in preparing International MoU between RTA and international entities regarding research and development.
• Coordination to provide the stationery and furniture requirements that require provision at TRIP with the relevant departments.
• Supervises the maintenance operations related to TRIP facility and ensures the implementation of policies and guidelines for using the center and coordinating with various departments to facilitate the process of booking the center for various events.
• Any additional responsibilities as advised by the direct Line Manager or Head of Department.
• Arranges section's meetings with various parties and ensures provision of all requirements to ensure successful running of meetings.

• Strictly adhere to RTA Information Security policies, procedures, and processes.
• Strictly follow the Information Security data sharing guidelines for all internal and external data transfers.
• Immediately report any Information Security incidents to your line manager and IT support for prompt guidance and resolution.
• Actively participate in all assigned Information Security training and awareness sessions to enhance your knowledge and address potential Information Security risks.
• Always comply with instructions and guidance provided by your line manager in line with the Information Security requirements.

• Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration from a recognized university.
