As a Senior Alastri Product Specialist, you will operate at the technical forefront of Micromine's next-generation mine planning and scheduling platform.

Being the largest and fastest-growing region of Micromine, this role will put you at the forefront of technical support for Micromine Alastri customers, whilst also assisting with client training and product development.

• Reporting to the Principal of the team, your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing Level 2 and 3 support for customers to solve complex mining engineer problems.
• Delivering training courses for clients as needed (face to face and online).
• Providing technical support for Micromine's global network of personnel and partners.
• Work closely with the development team, providing feedback on new features, and assessing impacts on support procedures and documentation.

You are an experienced mining engineer passionate about technology, optimisation, and lifting capability across the industry. You thrive at the intersection of advanced software and real-world mining operations.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Experienced in mine planning, scheduling, or production engineering (open pit preferred)
• Strong hands on experience with mine scheduling tools (Alastri highly advantageous)
• Proven technical problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to train, coach and engage technical audiencesPassion for innovation, optimisation, and digital mining solutions
